HOTEL RESERVATIONS - FLEMISH * DUTCH SPEAKER
Our client is looking for fluent Flemish or Dutch speaker to join their Hotel Reservations department, mainly dealing with bookings in the `Benelux` countries
In this role, you will be responsible for reserving accommodation for groups travelling within Benelux and other areas of Europe. You will be regularly communicating with hotel staff by phone, fax and email, making reservations, requesting special conditions, dealing with any cancellations and amendments etc
It is ESSENTIAL that you have previous reservations experience within the travel industry (hotel, tour operator, travel agent) - applications cannot be accepted without this experience. You should also have a good knowledge of Word and Excel and excellent communication skills including fluent Belgian or Dutch AND English.
